My Story
I believe creativity and innovation start with opening up conversations and speaking my user’s language.
In my previous work in customer service, I saw how bad user experiences could alter the customer’s perception of a company or brand. I noticed that my customers would make poor choices that didn’t benefit them if that option was easier for them to understand or use.
This brought me to the UX industry where I look for ways I can start a conversation with my users and create interactions can that really speak the user’s language. I love leading teams and pushing myself to really get to know my users and the ways they think, feel, and communicate.
